Paige Stevenson | Holistic Nutritionist


Hi! My name is Paige and I’m the holistic nutritionist and sous chef at Fresh 2 You. Food and the role that nutrition plays in our body’s health has been a great interest of mine for the past 10+ years. I’ve had first hand experience using nutrition to improve health, vitality and provide specific support for an array of ailments. Due to personal health concerns, I was forced to evaluate and make some drastic changes to my daily diet. After seeing many positive results from these adjustments, my interest in nutrition was piqued. I spent a lot of time doing casual research online about other people’s experiences with food and well-being. This led me to work at a health and wellness store with many coworkers who were Registered Holistic Nutritionists (RHN). I realized I could turn my personal interest into a career. I attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where I learned the key role that nutrition plays in our overall health and the importance of maintaining a healthy mental and physical lifestyle. A year later I graduated as a RHN and was contacted by Fresh 2 You to join their team. In my current role I am committed to developing menus of delicious, balanced and nourishing meals, as well as providing nutritional advice to support clients in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

Apart from food, I love the outdoors and spend most of my free time hiking, mountain biking, skiing, camping — anything at a forest or mountain! This passion has made me very aware of the environmental impact that our society has on the planet, so I am always looking for ways to reduce my own ecological footprint. The Fresh 2 You team shares similar values, which have been translated into the company through a number of initiatives. Some of these include the introduction of reusable packaging, the use of organic locally sourced produce and humanely raised, sustainable, free-range and organic proteins.
